FAQs

Why does the panel still say Connect to Floqer?

Sign in to Floqer in the same Chrome profile where you installed the extension. Then go back to LinkedIn, refresh the page and reopen the panel.

Why can't I find a shortcut?

Clear the search first. If it's still missing, check that you're signed in to the Floqer workspace where the shortcut was shared with you.

Then ask its owner to check that it's published, available to you and enabled for the extension. An archived shortcut won't appear.

Create a shortcut covers the setup. Sharing covers access.

Why is Run App disabled?

Open a person's LinkedIn profile, a LinkedIn company page or a Sales Navigator lead profile. The LinkedIn feed isn't a profile page.

The shortcut also needs to support the site you're on. If the panel says it doesn't support Sales Navigator or LinkedIn, ask the owner to enable that site in Browser Extension Triggers.

Why does a search say Select leads to run?

Tick at least one person in the Sales Navigator search results. The button changes to Run on Selected and shows how many you've selected. See Run on search results.

Why won't Save & Continue close the input setup?

You can't save personal defaults from this screen when the shortcut is shared with your whole workspace. Click Skip instead. Then open the input settings at the top right of the panel. Fill in the values and click Save to keep them in this browser.

Why did a run fail or return no data?

Read the message in the panel or open the run in History. A field can have no data even when other fields have results.

Check that the shortcut is meant for the person or company you're viewing. Also check that you've filled in its extra inputs.

If it keeps failing, ask the shortcut's owner to check the run in Floqer. Their email is on the shortcut's card.

What does a run cost?

A run costs what the steps in the shortcut's workflow cost. The extension doesn't charge anything extra.

Running on a list starts one run for each lead. Run Again starts a new run too, so it can use credits again.
